Privacy policy

Luxe Glide ("we") is a video studio run by Jacob Molina in Bonita Springs, Florida. This page explains what we collect when you use getluxeglide.com or work with us, who processes it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions go to sales@getluxeglide.com.
What we collect
- The request form. When you ask for a sample or an order, we receive what you type: your name, email address, the listing address or link, your brokerage if you give it, the package you're interested in, your message, and your confirmation that you hold the photo rights. The form is delivered by Formspree (Formspree, Inc., United States), which keeps a copy of each submission in order to email it to us. Formspree's own policy: formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
- Email. When you write to us, we keep the correspondence so we can do the work and answer later questions. Our mailbox runs on Google Workspace.
- Photos and listing details for a project. If we make a sample or an order, you send us the listing photos by email or a link. We use them only to make your video.
- Payment. Orders are paid through Stripe payment links. Stripe collects your payment details on its own pages; we never see your card number. Stripe's policy: stripe.com/privacy.
- Visiting the site. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser details to serve the pages and protect them from abuse. The page fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address the way any web request does.
Cookies and analytics
We set no cookies and run no advertising trackers. If we turn on visitor statistics, we will use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without following you to other sites, and we will say so here.
How we use what you send
To reply to your request, make the sample or the video you ordered, invoice it, keep the records a business has to keep, and meet legal duties. We don't sell your details, don't share them for marketing, and don't add you to a mailing list. We contact you about your own request only. Say "no" or "stop" at any time, by any channel, and we won't contact you again.
Who else sees it
Only the services that help us do the work: Formspree for the form, Google Workspace for email, Cloudflare for hosting, Stripe for payment, and the AI video service that renders the clips (currently Higgsfield), which receives the photos you send for a project so it can animate and stage them. Each handles data under its own policy. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Request and project emails for as long as we need them to do the work and for our business records, then we delete them. Email us to have your details deleted sooner; we'll confirm when it's done.
Your choices
Ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion, at sales@getluxeglide.com.
Children
The site and the service are for adults. We don't knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date.
