These terms cover your use of getluxeglide.com. An order for a video is governed by the service agreement we send with the order confirmation; for that order, the agreement comes first.
Who we are
Luxe Glide is a video production studio run by Jacob Molina in Florida. We are not a real estate brokerage, we don't list or sell homes, and we are not affiliated with any MLS or listing site.
What we make
An AI cinematic experience is a short film animated by AI from a listing's photos: the home exactly as photographed, then the same key rooms in several AI-staged furniture and decor looks. Every video carries the label "AI-animated from listing photos," and every staged scene carries "Virtually staged with AI — furniture and decor are illustrative." Staged scenes change only movable furniture and decor. They never change walls, floors, ceilings, counters, cabinets, fixtures, windows, views or room size, and they never hide flaws. The sample video on this site shows an AI-generated property, not a real listing.
No promises about a sale
A video gives buyers another way to see a home. It doesn't guarantee views, showings, offers, a price or a sale date, and we make no claim that it does.
Photos and rights
Send us only photos you own or have licensed with the right to authorize a video, including AI virtual staging, made from them. You confirm that in writing before we make anything, including a free sample. You are responsible for any disclosure your MLS or listing site requires, including disclosing virtual staging in the public remarks, and for using the video alongside the listing photos rather than in place of them.
Free samples
A free sample is two rooms as photographed, then the same two rooms in one staged look. We make it only after you ask for it and confirm the photo rights. It carries no obligation. One free sample per person.
Prices, payment and refunds
The prices on this site apply to orders we confirm while they are shown; they can change until an order is confirmed. We confirm every order by email before any payment and send a secure Stripe payment link with the confirmation. Cancel before production starts for a full refund. After production starts, the revision rounds in your package are the remedy for changes. If we can't deliver a video that meets the package's scope, we tell you and refund in full. We don't offer refunds based on whether, when, or for how much a home sells.
Using this site
The text, design and sample videos on this site belong to Luxe Glide or its licensors. You may view the site and share links to it. Please don't copy its videos or text for other uses without permission. We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't promise it is free of errors or always online. Links to other sites are there for convenience; we don't control their content.
Liability
To the extent Florida law allows, our liability for anything arising from your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid us for the order concerned, if any.
Governing law
Florida law governs these terms. Any dispute about this site is handled in the state or federal courts for Lee County, Florida.
